Do workshop participants need a license?
No, workshop participants can be invited for free. Only the user who organizes a workshop needs a license for himself.
Do workshop participants need to register?
Workshop participants do not need to register. They will receive an email in the form of an appointment invitation with a link to participate in the workshop. With the link they participate with one click.
What does "active workshops" mean in the product description?
"Active workshops" are workshops in which one can participate. I.e. which a user can start by clicking on the invitation link or a moderator. Workshops that are completed should be set "inactive" by the moderator so that they do not consume any further resources in the system. This way nothing is lost - they can be activated by the moderator at any time. Bentimento limits the number of concurrently active workshops depending on the selected product license, because running workshops consume resources.
How many workshops can I create in Bentimento?
In principle, the number is not limited. The only limitation is the number of "active workshops" included in the booked package. See the question before.
Can I store my own templates for PowerPoint/Excel/Word export?
This is currently only possible in the white label license, which we are happy to offer you on request, but not in the public cloud license.
I would like to conduct a workshop with a method that I can't find in the Methodothek?
We are constantly expanding the methodothek with new methods. You are welcome to give us suggestions on which methods we should implement!
